Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  1. In stock orders will be processed within 2 business days. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

  2. Out of stock orders will be placed on order with publishers. Please allow 4-8 weeks for our warehouse to receive the shipments..

  3. Orders received after 3PM Mountain time, cannot be processed the same day.

  4. # If possible, please provide a valid street address.

  5. If you would like to use another UPS service, such as Next Day or 2nd Day, please provide details for your preferred shipping method (see the special instructions box on your order). Please note that additional shipping charges will apply.

  6. If you have a UPS or Fedex account that you would like to use, we can accommodate you. Please enter your account number in the special instructions box on your order. There will be a 4% handling charge, and for Fedex there will be an additional $15 charge for a Fedex pickup.


Returns

  1. PRIOR PERMISSION is REQUIRED for all returns. Requests must be made in writing.

  2. We cannot accept returns on fewer than 10 copies per title ordered, opened software, DVD's, videos, CD's or cassettes unless they are defective. Before opening software, please make sure that your computer system meets or exceeds the software system requirements and the software runs on your computer's operating system (ie. Mac or Windows.)

  3. We will accept a return of 20% of the original amount ordered by title. Return privileges are available for 6 months.

  4. All books returned must be unmarked and in saleable condition.

  5. Any special order books, i.e. non catalog items may not be returned. The customer will be informed of this at the time the order is placed. If the title has gone out of print, or a new edition has been published, it will not be returnable.

  6. A copy of the invoice is required, as it helps us locate your order and proceed with your request.

  7. The returns must be shipped to our warehouse address: 7000 Broadway #102 Denver, CO 80221, please insure your return in case of loss or damage.

  8. We ONLY issue credit memos for all returns, which are to be applied towards outstanding balances or new purchases. Credits are issued on a monthly basis. Cash refunds are not made, so we may keep an open return policy and not be forced to charge restocking fees. Credits will be valid only for 12 months from date of issue.

  9. If books arrive to you in damaged condition, please save the box and contact us immediately. We cannot honor damage complaints after 10 days from delivery.

  10. If the book has a manufacturer's defect, please contact us for an exchange within 10 days of receipt.

  11. Any returns over the 20% allowed will not be credited. Please do not send any extra books.
