A large selection of titles are kept in stock at all times, and the occasional out-of-stock item will be forwarded to you as quickly as possible. Orders from Educational Institutions and Bookstores must list a purchase order number and a contact name. Please submit orders as far in advance as possible and ask your Business Office or Bookstore to mention the delivery date required. Due to the increased cost of billing, all orders under $100 must be prepaid.
Shipping and Handling (via DHL Ground: 12% of Order; Minimum charge of $8.95) is calculated within the Continental United States.
